1. Create a member account

Click [Feiniao Member] on the lower left corner of the website and select Join Now. Enter your email address and receive the login code in your mailbox. Enter the login code to become a Fei Niao member.

2. Add the product to the shopping cart

Select the books and quantity you want to buy and click [Add to Cart]

3. Click on the shopping cart to confirm the purchase

The bookstore only offers [Pick up at a convenience store and pay] and [Pick up at a convenience store and do not pay]
After confirming that the items in the cart are correct, please select the pickup store of "7-11 Convenience Store Pickup" or "FamilyMart Convenience Store Pickup"

4. Make online card payment

After selecting a convenience store to pick up your order, click the [Checkout] button to proceed with online card payment. Please fill in your real name and phone number when checking out. The page will show that the order is completed and you will be notified by email that the order has been placed.

5. Shipping fee description

The shipping fee for a single order is 60 yuan

Free shipping on orders over $2,000

6. Shipping process

Currently only accepting orders from Taiwan

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped from Monday to Friday. If it is a holiday, the shipping time will be postponed.

7. Return and Exchange Process

It is inevitable that books will have some collision marks during long-distance transportation, but these are not defects. We will carefully check them when they are shipped. If there are major defects, please take photos and contact us, and provide your name, address, order number and reason for returning or exchanging the book.

For returns of non-defective products, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
