Shuangdao Bookstore was established in 2025. It sells Korean literature, independent publications, Korean textbooks and art books. It also holds online reading clubs from time to time to convey the voices between Taiwan Island and the Korean Peninsula.

Taiwan and South Korea have similar cultural, historical, and political backgrounds, but have developed completely different social appearances, just like the mathematical symbol “≒” meaning “similar yet different”, which is a metaphor for the two islands.

We are all birds flying between islands, empathizing with others and being true to ourselves through reading.
